I do think their argument would be a wee bit more persuasive if they had chosen a shot where the junction between the A344 and the A303 wasn’t quite so prominent.

Ha ha, totally agree. Did you know they also had to pull part of that campaign after spelling the Brecon Beacons as the Breacon Beacons in a poster? Not their finest hour.
Why couldn’t they have a shot with a roundabout in it? I love a good roundabout…
Perhaps it’s aimed at people who don’t like walking. It would be comforting for them to know you could view Stonehenge from the edge of the road through binoculars.
I’m wondering if they photoshopped in the sunshine, or photoshopped out the tourists? I’m pretty sure that you wouldn’t have one without the other..
