“The Americans combine the notions of religion and liberty so intimately in their minds.” – Alexis de Tocqueville
Written with the minimum of respect: On the freeway no one has the time nor the inclination to read your manifesto.
At least he is clear…and every time he/she? opens the trunck/boot he/she can read it and remember! love from a born again Christian who is still looking for her bumper sticker!
I notice the word leer sits between the crossed out sin and pride. I’m surprised they didn’t put a red line through that one too.
Only in America, ha! My Aussie husband is always fascinated by seeing stuff like this when we go back to America (I’m American) and he can’t get over the fervent religiosity of Americans, especially in the Midwest. Any time we have to go on a long drive over there, he likes to count religious bumper stickers and churches.
Ha! I enjoy reading the bumper stickers. I’m in central valley part of California which is the more the right-leaning part of the state. The 90 minute drive from here to the Bay Area you end up running the whole political gauntlet – from NRA stickers to ban foie gras stickers.
Hahaha, this is hilarious! When people make big displays like this, it always makes me wonder what skeletons they have in their closet…
